Braided Space Buns
Hey guys! Have you ever tried sporting space bun braids? It’s a really fun look. I highly recommend you give it a try.
Here’s how I like to make my braided space buns.

Tools and materials:
- Brush/comb
- Hair elastics
- 2 pieces of ribbon
1. Pigtails
Tie your hair in 2 low pigtails.
I like to do this by parting one side of the hair over to the other side so you have 1 pigtail made from the top half of the hair and 1 from the bottom half. It adds a bit of interest to the overall look.
2. Braid and fold
Braid the pigtails and tie them off at the bottoms.
Then take 1 braid and fold it in thirds or quarters (depending on the length of your hair) until it’s gathered by the base of the pigtail.
Tie it at the center.
Then repeat these steps on the other side.
3. Tie some ribbon
Take a piece of ribbon and tie it in a bow around the center of the gathered braid, over the hair elastic. Do the same on the other side.
4. Finishing touches
Tug a bit around the hair to add some volume.
You can also take some soft tendrils out to frame the face.
