Tools and materials:

  • Moisturizer
  • Translucent loose powder
  • Powder brush
  • Foundation
  • Tissue paper
  • Face powder
  • Powder puff

Use your favorite moisturizer for oily skin first, to provide a base for the next step.

Now take some translucent loose powder and a fluffy powder brush.

    I agree, a ridiculous amount of foundation. It would melt in a warm or humid climate. Looks like theatrical make-up. Good tips, but overdone.
