How to Create Bigger Fuller Lips With Liner

Tools and materials:
- Foundation
- Foundation brush
- Lip liner
- Lipstick
- Lip gloss
1. Create an even base on your lips
Take a foundation brush and dip it in your foundation. Go over your lips to even out the tone.
2. Line your lips
Find a lip liner that’s about 1-2 shades darker than your lip. Start by outlining right above your cupid’s bow.
Next, line right below the pout, under your bottom lip in the center.
Then just fill in the rest of the lip line. You only want to create more fullness at the top of the lip and at the pout.
In other words, don’t go too heavy on the rest of the outline since you don’t want to have clown lips!
3. Apply lipstick
Now, apply a lipstick that’s a couple of shades lighter than your lip liner.
4. Add shimmer
Finally, apply a shimmery lip gloss.
