Have you see that mom hack all over the internet using an over the door shoe organizer to sort kids clothes per day for a trip? Well I loved that idea but I wanted to go one step further and make it all one piece that fit into a duffle bag.

I bought two duffels and one shoe organizer off Amazon and cut the organizer in half length wise.

Half would fit perfectly in one of the bags so I was able to get 2, one for each kid.

Then I used a sewing machine to sew it all together. I am not every good with the sewing machine but simple things like a straight line I can do!

Then using the hooks provided with the organizer, I pulled them through the duffle loops instead of the organizer holes.

I filled it with clothing for each day and pjs in the bottom pouch.

We were going away for a long weekend so this was perfect.

Then I just rolled it up but and pulled the open end of the duffle over everything. There were still some room on either side for some additional items.

I seriously this this idea is pure genius and wish I had the time and energy to patent it and sell on Amazon. But alas I don't have the time so here it is for free should you choose to recreate your own.
