1. Skin care
Enhance your complexion by applying a serum stick to clean skin. If you use this on a regular basis, it will help to even out your skin and it serves as a good base for the rest of this glam makeup look.
2. Apply primer
Apply a pore filling primer for your next layer. This fills in pores, fine lines and makes your skin smooth before applying foundation and extends your makeup-wear.Â
3. Color correctÂ
Even out your skin with a color corrector.Â
Apply a peach color under your eyes and various other areas to cancel out blue and purple undertones.Â
Blend out the edges with your fingers. Give it a couple of minutes to completely dry before you continue with this full glam makeup look.
4. Apply foundation
Apply dots of foundation all over your face. Avoid the under eye area, since we’ll be applying concealer there.Â
Press the foundation with a brush, rather than dragging it. This way it settles over your color corrector without mixing in with it. Blend some of the foundation to your neck.Â
5. Apply concealer
Apply a liquid concealer to the areas where you have dark patches. For me, that’s around my mouth and underneath my eyes. Let this dry for a few minutes until it’s tacky.Â
Then blend it out with a dry, beauty blender. Dry is key, because it won’t absorb as much product.
6. Highlight with a lighter shade of concealer
For this full glam look, highlight the high planes of your face with a lighter shade of concealer to bring those features forward.Â
Blend everything out with your dry sponge.
7. Apply bronzer
Add cream bronzer to a brush and apply it to the hollows of your cheeks, the jawline and around the circumference of your face.
Then apply it with your fingers to sculpt your nose.
8. Set your makeup and bake
Apply a translucent powder to set your makeup. This will also prevent creasing since the makeup won’t move.
Lightly set it underneath your eyes before using a dry sponge to bake it in your high planes.
Baking is a technique where you apply powder over your concealer and let it sit for a few minutes. The warmth from your body bakes the concealer with the powder to brighten up the high planes.Â
9. Perfect your browsÂ
Use a spoolie to tame the direction of your brows. Then fill in the sparse areas with the brow pencil in hair-like strokes.
Add a few strokes in the inner part of your brows.
Use some concealer to clean up underneath your brow line.Â
Then use concealer as the base for your eye makeup.
See the difference it makes to even out the skin tone under the brows:Â
10. Apply eyeshadow
Start with a rosy shade of eyeshadow.
Apply it over your mobile lid with a flat, shading brush.
Smudge out the same color at your lower lash line.
Now choose a deep, maroon shade.
Use this to deepen the outer corner of your lid with a blending brush, smoking some of it in the outer crease too with the residue on the brush.
Then use this maroon shade on a smudging brush at your lower lash line, just in the outer corner.Â
Next, use a tiny amount of a raspberry shade in the crease for a pop of color.
Apply a shimmer with your fingers at the center of your mobile lid. Then blend out the edges with a brush.
11. Apply eyeliner
Line your waterline with black, waterproof eyeliner.
Pull out a small wing with liquid eyeliner.
Then line your lash line.
For a smokey effect and to prevent it from moving, set your eyeliner with black eyeshadow on an angled brush.
Set your lower lash line as well.
12. Lift your lashes
Lift your lashes using an eyelash curler.
13. Apply mascara and lashes
Darken your upper lashes with mascara.
Apply faux lashes according to the kit instructions.
Then apply mascara to your lower lashes.
14. Highlight
Highlight your brow bone and the inner corner of your eyes.
15. Apply blush
Dust off the excess powder from baking.
Then apply blush.
16. Treat your lips
Line your lips with a neutral brow pencil, because it won’t bleed in the edges. Blend it in a bit with your finger.
Then apply a nude lipstick at the center of your lips.
Apply a clear lip gloss on top.
17. Set
Lock in this entire, glam full face makeup with setting spray.
