Foot soak to remove dead skin

Tools and materials:

1. Focus on soaking your feet

Obviously, your feet do get warm water when you shower or when you take a bath, but it’s really important to put a lot of emphasis on just your feet, so find a foot spa that works for you. You can even use a bucket and put some lukewarm water in it. You can also use a foot soak to remove dead skin, which you can put soap or other ingredients in. Just soak your feet and allow them to release some of the dead skin.

Removing dead skin

After 20 minutes of soaking, you’ll be able to push the dead skin with your fingers. This will allow you to scrub your feet properly if you’re using some type of scrubber or dead skin remover. When scrubbing and removing dead skin, you still need to be gentle so don’t scrub really hard to a point where you start to feel pain or bleed.

Exfoliating feet with dead skin remover

2. Use an exfoliator

Exfoliating is extremely important when trying to get softer feet. The exfoliator helps remove any dead skin that is still there. Always remember to rinse it off with warm water. Exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate.

Moisturizing feet

3. Moisturize your feet

I prefer using coconut oil. It’s just what works for my skin and it keeps it well-nourished and moisturized for longer and allows my feet to end up looking and feeling like baby feet. It’s so soft, you guys, and I promise you will not regret it.
