We visit Naples Florida a lot and it has become my family's happy place. One of the past times there is looking for really unique and beautiful seashells, which I have decided to start making into jewelry.

I found these matching shells and one even already had a hole in it!

Using my smallest drill bit, I drilled a hole in the other. There are special drills for jewelry but I just used a regural dewalt and it worked just fine. I just went slow so as to not break the shell.

Using a jewelry staff and a large pearl, I placed it in the drill hole on the inside.

Then I attached it to the bottom of an existing earring. This large pearl was originally part of the earring but I wanted to make it more interesting by adding the shell so I removed the largest pearl and then reattached using a wire wrap technic on the metal staff.

It looks just as pretty on the other side!

The hook these earrings came with actually bothered my ear so I never really wore them as is. I decided to switch them out with a thinner hook.

I am seriously blown away by how beautiful they came out!
