How to Do Body Polishing at Home

You can do your own body polishing at home for a much lower cost than you’d spend at a spa. 

Tools and materials:

  • Rice flour
  • Instant coffee
  • Milk
  • Small mixing bowl
  • Measuring cups
Making a DIY body polish

1. Make the body polish

Put about a quarter cup of rice flour into a small bowl.

Add a small envelope of instant coffee to the bowl.

Top with about a half-cup of milk.

Stir all the ingredients together until thick and creamy.

2. Apply your body polish

Apply a thick layer of body polish to your arms.

You can also apply it to your neck and chest.

You can even use your DIY body polish on your face.

3. Massage well

Make sure you massage the body polish into your skin really well.

4. Let it soak in

Be patient and let the body polish soak into your skin for 20 minutes.
