Do More Than Your Average Pony
In this hair tutorial, I’m going to show you a great way to upgrade your standard ponytail.
If you’re getting bored with your everyday hairstyles and want to spice things up with something different, this is for you.
Tools and materials:
- Hair elastic
1. Tie ponytail
Separate your hair into two, a top section and a bottom section.
Tie or clip the top section up so it’s out of the way, and tie the bottom section into a ponytail.
2. Braid hair
Let down the top section of your hair and make a little braid in it.
You don’t want to braid it all the way down. Secure the bottom with an elastic.
3. Pull on braid
Gently pull on the braid to make it more voluminous.
4. Pull ponytail through braid
Pull the bottom of the braid out wide and then pass the ponytail through it.
5. Tighten ponytail
Neaten everything up by tightening the ponytail.
Do more than your average pony
Here is the finished braided ponytail look. This hairstyle was so easy to achieve, yet the end result is incredibly classy and stylish.
