An Easy Going-out Hairstyle That Transitions When You're Hot
We’re always looking for easy going-out hairstyles, right?
Well here’s one that transitions from a romantic ponytail to an elegant updo within minutes.
Just pop some Kirby grips in your purse and you’re ready for anything.

Tools and materials:
1. Section off
If you have curtain bangs, separate them off before you start.
Pick up 4 inch (10 cm) wide sections of hair immediately behind them on each side.
2. Half-up
Secure the two sections together close to the back of your head with an invisible hair tie.
Flip the tail up and back through the loop between the hair tie and the back of your head, and pull it down.
3. Wrap
Grab a 2 inch (5 cm) wide piece of hair from behind one ear.
Take it diagonally across the back of your head.
Pass it through the loop of hair on the opposite side of your head.
Repeat on the other side.
4. Ponytail
Gather all your free hair together, secure it in a ponytail and pull it tight.
Wrap a narrow section of hair from underneath several times around the base of the ponytail to cover the hair ties.
Tuck the ends away.
5. The finished ponytail
Optionally, curl the ends of the ponytail and your bangs.
This is such a pretty going-out style!
6. The updo
Separate your free hair into two equal sections.
Twist each section around itself to make two thick ropes.
Cross the ropes over each other several times and tie the ends together.
Keeping one hand on the base of the braid, spiral it around into a bun.
Secure it with Kirby grips and tuck the ends inside.
