4 Ways to Wrap Your Head With a Scarf This Summer

Tools and materials:
- 47”x47” silk scarf
- Claw clip (optional)
Forward knot head scarf
1. Wrap from the back
Place the scarf behind you and wrap it from the back of your head, bringing the corners forward. Let the short sides drop in front of your face.
2. Make a single knot
Cross the long ends and make a knot.
3. Tie a single knot above the middle section
Let the long ends hang temporarily. Then pull the middle section backward.
Tie a knot with the long pieces, above the middle section. Pull the ends tightly.
4. Roll the middle section, wrap the ends and secure
Roll the middle section downward. Then press it securely against your head.
While holding the rolled, middle section down, wrap the ends on either side and tie a knot.
Then tie the remaining ends in the back to secure this summer head scarf style.

Headband scarf
1. Make a band and cross it
Make the scarf into a band and wrap the bottom of your head, under your hair, crossing the ends of the scarf at the top.
2. Make a twist knot
Twist the ends, creating a small knot at the center of your crown. Hold down the scarf with one hand to secure it.
3. Tie the ends
Pull the ends of the scarf underneath your hair and tie a knot to secure this headband scarf style.
Tuck in the tails for a clean finish.
